The bill (Reg. No. 11310) “is developed to prevent and decrease the number of illegal actions harming environment, and to establish proportionate liability for the committed offences”.
The Committee members believe that implementation of bill provisions will allow for rational use and protection of environment; create a more effective mechanism to cease violations of legislation and eliminate the negative impact on environment.
